Schmidt Construction Inc, based in Cedar City, UT is an experienced home builder and residential contractor. On this particular home we gutted the outside and inside of this “fixer upper”. Schmidt Construction put in a new arena, pasture area, and landscaping to the outside using material from our gravel pit that is screened and excellent for arenas. Inside the home we added new stairs, bathroom tile and cabinets, custom built-ins, and kitchen cabinets. We worked with the home owners to add design elements that reflected their personal style, using a rustic theme throughout the home.
