Baker Dam

In order to complete this project, Schmidt Construction, Inc. set up a coffer dam and de-watered the area while completing the concrete, HDPE, lining and rip rap for the project. The drain corridor through the dam was 60’ deep from the top of the dam and over 240’ ft. long. This project presented a unique challenge as the corridor was split in the middle and the north corridor was on a different grade and alignment than the south corridor. Our job was to install an HDPE pipe all the way through and seal the old corridor off with concrete grout. Contact us to see how we did it.
