Infrastructure-Wilson Apartments

Schmidt Construction has years of experience with infrastructure. This particular project required us to complete a box culvert storm drain in very tight quarters, while working with two property owners. Having developed a good rapport with each owner, Schmidt was able to enhance both properties and provide timely completion of the project. Over the course of this project we faced several severe thunderstorms. Because the storm drain is located in one of the main channels, we were flooded several times however, we never had to repair or replace any work.
